Do I need to download anything?

No! Aukimi runs entirely in your web browser. Simply visit app.aukimi.com, sign in, and start creating. There's nothing to download or install.

Which browsers are supported?

Aukimi works best on modern browsers with WebGPU support. We recommend Chrome, Edge, or Firefox for the best experience. Safari support is currently in beta.

Can I use Aukimi offline?

Currently, Aukimi requires an internet connection. However, we're working on a desktop app with offline support that will be available soon for Pro and Studio subscribers.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and gives you access to all modules. The main limitations are 720p export resolution, 5GB cloud storage, and a small watermark on exports.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! Students and educators get 50% off Pro and Studio plans. Simply verify your status with a valid .edu email address or student ID during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

What are the system requirements?

Aukimi requires a modern browser with WebGPU support, at least 8GB of RAM (16GB recommended for 3D work), and a stable internet connection. A dedicated GPU is recommended for 3D modules but not required.

What file formats can I export?

Export options vary by module. 3D modules support OBJ, FBX, GLTF, and USD. Image modules support PNG, JPG, PSD, and TIFF. Video exports to MP4, WebM, and ProRes. Audio exports to WAV, MP3, and FLAC.

Yes! Aukimi auto-saves your work every few seconds to our secure cloud storage. You can also manually save versions and access your full version history.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. We recommend exporting your projects first.
