Question 1

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your account settings at any time. You can also turn auto-renewal off on its own, which keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Question 2

Where is my work saved?

Accepted Answer

Projects sync to your aukimi account as you work, module by module, so you can pick a project back up from another machine. Work also persists locally in your browser, and a sync indicator tells you the current state.

Question 3

What is aukimi?

Accepted Answer

aukimi is a creative suite that runs in your browser. It brings together modules for game development, 3D, design, video and audio — image editing, vector graphics, sculpting, retopology, 3D painting, rendering, a game engine, an animation editor, a video editor and a DAW — sharing one workspace and one asset library.

Question 4

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. aukimi runs entirely in the browser, with nothing to download or install.

Question 5

Which browser do I need?

Accepted Answer

A recent desktop browser with WebGPU enabled — Chrome, Edge or a Chromium-based browser is the safest choice today. The 3D modules render exclusively through WebGPU and will not start without it. The 2D modules are far less demanding.

Question 6

In which languages is aukimi available?

Accepted Answer

The interface is translated into 28 languages, including right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Hebrew.

Question 7

Where can I learn how to use aukimi?

Accepted Answer

The aukimi Academy hosts the documentation and step-by-step tutorials, at academy.aukimi.com.

Question 8

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A free account gives you Inkwell (image editing), Vectra (vector graphics) and Pixel (pixel art) at no cost. The remaining modules are part of the Pro plan.

Question 9

How much does Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

Pro is 19.99 per month, or 199.99 per year. A Team plan is available at 49.99 per month or 499.99 per year, and Enterprise pricing is arranged directly with us.

Question 10

What is the Asset Store?

Accepted Answer

A marketplace where the community shares assets for the suite: 2D art, 3D models, audio and project templates. Assets can be free or paid, and every submission is reviewed by our team before it appears.

Question 11

Can I sell my own assets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect a Stripe account from the store to receive payouts, then set a price when you submit. aukimi keeps a 20% platform fee on each sale and the rest goes to you. Free assets need no payout setup.
