What is accessible today, what is not, and where to tell us we got it wrong.

1. Our commitment
We aim for the public website and the account areas of aukimi to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement describes where we actually stand, not where we would like to stand.
2. Current status: partially conformant
The marketing site, documentation and account pages are largely conformant. The creative editors are not, and saying otherwise would be misleading.
3. What works today
- Semantic HTML, landmarks and heading structure across the public site.
- Full keyboard navigation of the site, its navigation menus and its forms, with a visible focus indicator.
- A light and a dark theme, both of which are tested for text contrast.
- No auto-playing audio, and no content that flashes.
- Animations, including the moving screenshots on the home page, stop for visitors whose system asks for reduced motion.
- Text that reflows to 320 px width and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.
- Thirty interface languages, with correct right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew.
4. Known limitations
These are the parts we know are not there yet:
- The creative modules are built on a drawing surface. Sculpting, painting, vector editing and the 3D viewports are pointer-driven and are not operable by keyboard alone or usable with a screen reader.
- Colour pickers, gradient editors and node graphs convey meaning visually; there is no non-visual equivalent.
- Some editor controls carry an icon and a tooltip rather than a text label.
- Video content does not yet have captions or an audio description throughout.
A browser-based creative suite will never make a 3D sculpting viewport fully non-visual. That is not a reason to leave the rest inaccessible, and the parts that can be fixed are being fixed.
5. Tell us
If something on aukimi blocks you, write to contact@aukimi.com with the page address and what happened. We answer within 5 business days, and we will tell you either how to work around it now or when we expect to fix it. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent authority in your country.
6. How this statement was prepared
Self-assessment against WCAG 2.1 AA, combining automated checks with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of the public site. No external audit has been carried out yet.
