Seller Terms
The agreement between you and aukimi when you list an asset in the store — free or paid.

1. Who this applies to
These Seller Terms apply to every member who submits an asset to the aukimi asset store, whether it is offered free or for a price. They supplement the Terms of Service, which continue to apply in full; where the two conflict on a matter of selling, these Seller Terms prevail.
2. You must hold the rights you are granting
By submitting an asset you represent and warrant that you own it or hold a licence that permits you to distribute it commercially through a marketplace, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, design right, privacy or publicity rights.
- No third-party content you cannot relicense — including stock assets whose licence forbids redistribution, ripped game content, or scanned material you do not own.
- No content requiring attribution you have not passed on, and no licence terms you have not disclosed on the listing.
- If you used a generative tool, you remain responsible for the result being distributable.
You keep ownership of everything you list. Nothing here transfers your copyright to us.
3. What you licence to us, and to buyers
You grant aukimi a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your asset for the purpose of operating the store, including thumbnails and previews used to promote it on the site.
3.1 The buyer licence
Unless your listing states otherwise, a buyer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the asset in personal and commercial projects, including projects they sell. A buyer may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the asset as an asset — modified or not — nor include it in a competing asset pack.
3.2 Licences that survive removal
A licence already granted to a buyer survives the removal of your listing, whether you removed it or we did. Removal stops future sales; it does not claw back a purchase.
4. Money
Payments run through Stripe Connect. The buyer pays the platform, aukimi retains a fee of 20% of the sale price, and the balance goes to your connected Stripe account under Stripe's own payout schedule and terms.
- Platform fee: 20% of the sale price.
- Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe on the transaction and are not retained by aukimi.
- You set the price and may change it; a price change applies to future sales only.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, including any VAT or income reporting obligations in your country.
You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before an asset of yours can carry a price. This is enforced by the software, not merely by this document: a price is refused at submission and on edit until your account can receive payouts, and checkout refuses rather than taking money we could not pass on.
5. Moderation, and removal
Every submission is reviewed before it appears in the store. We may decline a listing, or remove one already published, when it infringes rights, misrepresents what it contains, carries malware, breaks the acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service, or is materially not as described.
Rights complaints follow the notice-and-takedown procedure. Repeated infringement ends your ability to sell here.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
Buyer refunds follow the Refunds and Cancellation policy. Where a refund or a chargeback is granted on one of your sales, the refunded amount and any associated fee are deducted from your balance or from future payouts.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop selling at any time by removing your listings. We may suspend or terminate your seller access for breach of these terms, for fraud, or where we are required to by law. Amounts properly owed to you for completed sales remain payable.
