The service is governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service and to any mandatory protection available to consumers in their country of residence.

The site, the application and their database are hosted in Switzerland. Multiplayer game servers run on infrastructure in Germany (European Union). Payments are processed by Stripe; transactional email is delivered by Postmark.
