Overview

Collect artboards from Vectra, Inkwell and Composer into one multi-page PDF, reorder them, and export.

PDF Studio is where the flat work in aukimi becomes a document. Send an artboard from Vectra, a canvas from Inkwell or a frame from Composer, or drop image files straight onto the workspace — each arrives as a page you can rename, reorder by dragging, or remove. Choose A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape, and a quality preset, and the file is written in your browser: nothing is uploaded and nothing is queued on a server.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the pages come from?

Two ways. Vectra, Inkwell and Composer each send their artboard or canvas across as a page, and you can also drop image files onto the workspace or pick them from disk — PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF. Anything it cannot read is reported rather than silently skipped.

Does the PDF contain selectable text?

No. Each page is embedded as an image, so text in the document is not selectable or searchable. It is the right tool for a portfolio, a board or a print-ready visual, and the wrong one for a document someone needs to copy text out of.

Which page sizes are supported?

A4 and Letter, in portrait or landscape. The page size applies to the whole document, and each incoming page is fitted inside it with a margin rather than being stretched.

Can I control the file size?

Two settings do it. Quality picks the output resolution — 72 DPI for screen, 150 for a draft, 300 for print — and compression is Small, Balanced or Maximum. 72 DPI with Small compression gives the lightest file; 300 DPI keeps the most detail and is the one to pick if the PDF is going to a printer.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The PDF is assembled and written in the browser tab, so the pages never leave your machine on the way out. What you download is produced locally.

Does it cost anything?

No. PDF Studio is available to every member with app access — it is not one of the modules behind a plan.
