Overview

Real-time raytracing, global illumination, and cinematic post-processing for stunning visuals.

Render brings cinema-quality rendering to your browser. Choose between real-time hybrid rendering for fast iteration or progressive path tracing for final quality. Advanced features like SSS materials, volumetric fog, and comprehensive post-processing let you achieve any visual style, from photorealistic to stylized.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this real-time rendering or offline path tracing?

Both, in a hybrid pipeline: you light and frame the shot in real time, then let path tracing refine it for the final image. You are not waiting on a farm to see whether a light works.

Does it use my graphics card?

Yes. Rendering runs on your GPU through WebGPU, with a WebGL2 fallback on browsers that do not have it yet. A stronger card converges the image faster; there is no per-frame charge either way.

Which lighting features are there?

Global illumination, screen-space reflections, volumetric fog and lighting, subsurface scattering for skin and wax, and HDR environment lighting from an image you supply.

Can I grade the result?

Colour grading and LUTs are part of the module, so the look is set where the render happens rather than being bolted on afterwards in a video editor.

How does a scene get here?

From Sculpt, Retopo and Pigment inside the project, or imported as glTF, GLB, OBJ or FBX. Materials authored in Matter arrive with their channels intact.

How honest is the preview compared to a native build?

Render is the browser image. A game exported to a native Bevy build is a different renderer, and the exporter reports what it could not carry across rather than letting you discover it in the build.
